Scented Soy Candles & Wax Melts
Soy wax is a natural, renewable and biodegradable vegetable wax derived from soybeans. It is produced by hydrogenating soybean oil which causes it to solidify and create a longer shelf life. Soy wax is known for it’s clean burning properties. It produce less soot, fewer air pollutants and has much less of an environmental impact compared to other waxes.
We use unbleached cotton wicks with paper woven in. Our wicks are lead and zinc free, ensuring a much cleaner and safer burn.
NO PARAFFIN, NO PETROLEUM, NO NASTIES.
We do not use, nor do we intend to use, paraffin wax or other petroleum based ingredients. Paraffin/petroleum based waxes produce toxins when burned which pollutes the air and also creates larger quantities of soot causing allergic reactions and contributing to respiratory issues.
Kawakawa Skincare
Kawakawa is a traditional New Zealand plant, also known as the pepper tree. It is known to be used in Māori medicine for a range of internal and external ailments. Kawakawa leaves are used for their hydration and anti-inflammatory benefits to soothe and calm irritated skin conditions (such as eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis) and aid in healing wounds.
- Kawakawa contains myristicin, which is a compound that helps to calm redness and swelling by reducing inflammation.

- Helps restore hydration and balance to the skin, especially to skin that is prone to dryness or irritation.
- Aids in skin repair. It's ability to soothe skin and promote cell growth aids in the overall healing process of the skin.

Coconut Oil contains moisturising and antioxidant properties which assist in hydrating and reducing inflammation of the skin.
Shea Butter contains a rich content of fatty acids, vitamins A and E, and antioxidants which nourish, moisturise, and form a protective barrier that locks in moisture and replenishes the skins natural oils.
Mango Butter provides deep hydration by restoring the skins natural protective barrier. It also possesses anti-inflammatory and soothing properties.
Cocoa Butter locks in moisture with its high concentration of fatty acids. It has emollient properties which helps improve elasticity of the skin and contains Vitamin E.
