Returns Policy

If you’ve received a faulty product - firstly, we are deeply sorry about this and we will absolutely refund the product for you or swap it for something of equal value. We want to make sure our customers are receiving only the best possible versions of our products, and nothing less.

In order to start processing your return you will need to get in touch with us via the contact us page. Please advise us of the order number, the product in question including the size and fragrance if applicable, as well as the known fault.

After you’ve made your first point of contact, you may then be asked to provide a photograph of the product just so that we can properly assess the fault from our end.

Once we have received the returned item, the cost of shipping for returning faulty products will be reimbursed to you on top of the full initial cost at the time of the original purchase - unless you are requesting a swap, then just the return shipping cost will be reimbursed and we will send you the replacement product at not extra cost.
