How do I get the most out of my candle?
When lighting a candle for the first time make sure that the entire top layer of the candle has melted or is as close to the edge of the glass as possible before you extinguish it. This can take anywhere between 2-4 hours depending on the size of your candle. Melting the top layer helps to prevent unused wax being left on the sides of the jar.
Trim the wick before each burn (although you don’t need to trim it for the very first burn) to remove any soot build up and ensure the next burn is just as clean and enjoyable.
Burning candles safely.
We do not recommend burning any candle for longer than 4 hours at a time. Keep lit candles away from drafts and flammable materials. Do not leave lit candles unattended. Always burn on a flat, heat resistant surface. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
